Refund POLICY

The purchase of services at our website includes web hosting and domain name registration, vps server, dedicatd server and SSL, once payment received and domain and hosting account created, it means domain name get registered and that is non-refundable due to domain registry terms and conditions.

It means to refund back to customer is not possible for domain, vps server, dedicated server and SSL, that's why we do not refund domain registration price, but web hosting can be refundable within 7 days from the date of purchse if any customer is not satisfy.
